Specific gravity essentially looks at the concentration of the urine. pH examines the acidity or alkalinity of the urine. There was no protein, glucose or ketone detected which is good. The absence of any significant amounts WBC (white blood cells) , RBC (red blood cells), casts or any other particles rules out any infection. You doctor may suggest repeating the test to recheck on the blood.If it is still present then further testing may be needed.
