what is it when you have white pimples on your vagina? I can pop the white pimples but i really dont understand why they are there and what i can do to prevent them?

White pimples in vagina is mostly due to blocked glands. If there is no pain or discharge then there is nothing to worry. In case of pain or swelling, antibiotics will help you.You can apply antiseptic cream locally also.
