You have cyst in right adnexa and most probably it is corpus luteal cyst. There is no problem in continuing pregnancy. Corpus luteal cyst is a type of functional ovarian cyst which results when a corpus luteum fails to regress following the release of an ovum. Corpus luteal cyst in pregnancy is not uncommon. It is usually not a cause for concern nor it usually adversely effect the pregnancy or cause miscarriage. Usually cyst will resolve on its own.Occasionally cyst can rupture causing pain and in rare cases the cyst could cause the ovary to twist and potentially require surgery.
