What Is Most Effective Treatment For Chronic Vitiligo?

I am affected with vitiligo on lips, eyelids, both inner palms and outer soles. It almost 22 years, since the 1st patch appeared on the uppwer lip. Though I have taken so much treatment, I am not cured. Now I am taking ayurvedic tablets, LUKODNA. Still no remarkable result. Where should I contact for the treatment and what could be the cost.
