What Is My CMIA Test Result Suggestive Of?
Hi sir,I had sex with a call girl on 26 th of Jan 2016.although I used a condom,after completion , when I retracted,the condom slipped and stayed inside her vagina.I got worried and got myself tested after 4 months and 4 days on 30 th May 2016. The test was done at one of the leading laboratory in India(Lal path lab).the test done was CMIA test which checks for both antibiotics and p24.Test results were 0.10 ,non reactive. But I have read on net that the tests are 100% conclusive at 6 months.I m feeling worried and stressed now. Should I test again at 6 months or the above test is conclusive

As you use condoms and it just retracted at the end of sex, chance of HIV is less.
Your report is not reactive means negative for the hiv antigen and antibody.
window period for HIV infection varies from 15 days to 3 months.
You did test after 4 months and it is negative. Do not worry, there is no chance of HIV infections.

You can clear your doubt by go for PCR RNA test for HIV (most accurate test).
