What Is My CT Scan Report Suggestive Of?

Hi I have my report from the emergencey room of a CT NECK CHEST WITH CONTRAST which reports: No lobar pulmonary consolidation. Minor posterior pulmonary opacities are seen in the lung bases which are probably related to positional volume loss The doctors said everything was fine, but I was wondering what this meant.

There is slight atrophy is present in the lower portion of the lung.

It is mainly due to age-related changes and nothing clinically significant.
