I recently had a cat scan of chest impression platelike atelectasis at the posterior left lung base 12 mm subpleural density minimal patchy posterior left infrahilar groundglass infiltrative density short term 3 month follow up recommended minimal platelike atelectasis at posterior right lung base minimal non specific bilateral hilar and subcarinal soft tissue density which extends along the posterior lobe bronchi bilaterally also had a stress test next day long one with iv and pictures twice I am non smoker 45 years old non drinker have heart palpitations an irregular heart rate an pulse now dr calls its sun and said wants to see me right away an put me on antibotics really worried any sugesstions what could be
