What Is My CT Scan Result Suggestive Of?

I did broke my elbow 4 months ago and had a surgery (distal humerus fracture). It was fixed by 6 screws. At this point I have no problem with flexion, however extension is not full yet. Few days ago I got CT scan result, which states: On saggittal reconstruction images, there appears to be a lucency inferion to the anterior matgin of the shaft of the humerus. Traversing screws are identified in both region of the capitelium and the capitelium and the trochea with lucency suggeted extended vertically through more medial aspect of the lateral epicondyle suggestive persistent fracture line in that location . As I undesrtand it means that there is some malunion. Could you explain me please, what CT report mean? Thanks, Anna
