punctate bright signals noted in FLAIR pulse sequence appreciated in the white matter of both cerebral hemispheres. A 0.6 hypointense nodule on the GRE T-2weighted study appreciated in the LEFT frontal horn. The sella turcica is normal in size. Symmetrical cavernous sinuses. Clear CP angle regions. There is no abnormal fluid collection seen in the extraaxial compartment. The nasopharynx and orbits are intact. Imaged paranasal sinusis and mastoids are well aerated. What this shown about? Is there something illness diagnos with this MRI result? what possible kind of illness she suffered with this MRI result shown?

It's possible no significant abnormality and no symptoms. It is also quite possible to have quite a number of very serious conditions with a hypodense nodule. Infection, tumor, acute stroke. Even with the most serious conditions, the symptoms would be quite unpredictable in the frontal horn and might be none even from a brain tumor or infection there. The symptoms can also be from the disorder itself: headache, confusion and perhaps fever, chills, difficulty and pain on bending neck, etc.

The bright signals depends on how many and if they have a pattern. IF there is no particular pattern and they are few, then that is on the one hand still likely neurodegeneration, but on the other hand it is entirely normal with age > 50. If they are concentrated in one spot it implies lack of blood flow. If there are many many it is a bad sign of a severe neurodegeneration disease but that is 1) rare, 2) noteworthy and 3) would be described at length.
