Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
partial sacralisation of l5 vertebra. mild loss of lumbar lordosis . posterior diffuse disc bulge between l4and l5 indenting ventral thecal sac causing bilateral neural foraminal narrowing.no obvious nerve root involvement... this is the mri report of my frnd before 1year who is 22 .and he did not take any kind of medications but he had physiotherpy for 10 days. but after he had pain often and also pain in his buttock, knee and foot. but he can able to bare his pain. but we cannot take a clear decision can you please suggest us.and is it enough to be with a proper exercise and nutrition.
As per my clinical experience, there is definite evidence of nerve and related structures compressed in the vertebral canal through the surrounding structures via defect.
Though assisted physiotherapy and medications will help to relieve the symptoms for primary concern, I would suggest taking the opinion of expert spine surgery to get it operated via laser surgery or daycare procedure of keyhole surgery under best hands.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
