What Is My MRI Test Result Of Right Hip Indicative Of?

My daughter 47 just had a MRI for rt hip pain. Impression: Heterogeneous bone marrow signal of the visuallizwd osseous structers which can be seen in marrow replacements disorders, including anemia, clinical correlation is recommended. No evidence of rte hip joint abnormalities. What do you think?
