You should consult a Cardiologist and get an Angiogram. This will clearly show the site of the block in the coronary artery. Treatment depends on the site and number of blocks. If three arteries are blocked, then Coronary artery Bypass Graft Surgery (CABG) has to be done. If one or two vessels are blocked, then the Stent can be placed.
