Overall impression positive stress test typical of ischemia. Eco: Post ptca Hypokinesia of apical septum and apex Borderline resting lb systolic function with ef 50percent Trivial Mr Normal pa pressure No clot Age 54 wt 72 kg What next course of treatment any other test

Hi

You should consult a Cardiologist and get an Angiogram. This will clearly show the site of the block in the coronary artery.
Treatment depends on the site and number of blocks.
If three arteries are blocked, then Coronary artery Bypass Graft Surgery (CABG) has to be done. If one or two vessels are blocked, then the Stent can be placed.
