What Is My USG Report During Pregnancy Suggestive Of?

Hello, I am 27week of pregnancy with cervical incompetence, cervical stitch was put at 13 wks, and on progesterone supplement. Now my Usg shows cervical effacement U type above the stitch, n cervical length below stitch is 2 cms. Now on tocolytic treatment. Betamethesone inj was given. I am on complete bed rest. What else can be done to postpone preterm delivery..???

if I would have been your doctor I would have advised you start IV tocolysis drip, complete bed rest, injectable progesterone. injection betanasol
head low possition.
continue with iron calcium.
diet rich in protein, antioxidants.
wish you to have healthy baby.
