What Is My USG Report Suggestive Of?

the uterus is slightly bulky. the usg reports shows the suggestive of slight bulky utrus with a small fibroid inpoterior myometrium. I want to about the risk for this. I also want to know what should I do now.? Is the surgery must required for this?

donot take any treatment without consulting doctor. consult gynecologist with ultrasound report and take advise on examination investigation and treatment. may be surgery is requered.
