Brief Answer:
You should have a chest CT.
You should be visited by a pneumologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM.
Upper lungs linear densities with the impression of fibrosis may indicate a previous upper lung inflammatory condition such as previous pneumonia or tuberculosis, or a connective tissue disease such Morbus Bechteriew (spondilitis anchilosant) etc. The above medical conditions may result in pulmonary fibrosis due to healing by collagen formation. There are other causes of pulmonary fibrosis too, such as exposure to dust, some drugs ( for example Amiodaron), etc.
To determine a more accurate diagnosis, it would be more helpful, to have a chest CT scan. The radiology findings should be integrated with your clinical features and past medical history.
So it is fundamental to be visited by a pneumologist.
Laboratory evaluation of the inflammatory indexes and rheumatologic ones may be helpful in determining the etiology of the pulmonary fibrosis.

Hope this is helpful.
