General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, you are having an abdominal infection and you can continue iv antibiotics for 7 to 10 days and once symptoms improve can be shifted to oral cefixime and levofloxacin.

You can take any multivitamins b complex combination and calcium supplements.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
