Hi & Welcome to HCM. The given results of lipid profile are suggestive of mixed hyperlipidemia. There's a risk for the cardiovascular diseases like heart disease and stroke. You are advised to take the medications for the mixed hyperlipidemia and must follow certain lifestyle changes such as avoiding alcohol, fatty meals, red meat and a regular exercise.
