General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The following inferences can be drawn based on the chest x-ray findings you have furnished.
1. Lung fields are generally clear - which means that there is no active infection present.
2. No active pulmonary pathology - which means there is no evidence of active disease.
3. Minimal linear fibrosis in the left upper zone - which means there is a thin scar tissue present in the upper zone of left lung. It could be due to healing of disease suffered previously.

Hence, the report could be considered as normal. However, it needs to be correlated clinically.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S, General & Family Physician
