Hi,I am Raju.A.T (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
hlo doctor varma,I am a dental surgeon.i came on your clinic with my mother on 9th june. You advised and performed echo, you saw her recent ecg,and written diagnosis of MI on her slip, asked us to come after a month.I wanted to talk to u about her health at least for sum time and rushed behind u but u went to ICCU and ur attendant didnt let me meet u.plz tell me was it really an attack of MI?,Her echo report showed LVEF 45/.plz tell me ur phone no. So that i can talk to u in detail
Echo report is meant for precise evaluation of different valve function, diameter, wall motion of ventricles, ejection fraction and any other structural function abnormality noted during the reporting. Kindly provide me whole details of echo report for clinical co relation as during MI certain portions of affected wall of ventricles will show hypokinetic motion (eg. in anterior wall MI, ant. wall of left ventricle is showing hypokinesia).
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
