General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the follicle study report you have furnished, the following things can be inferred.
1. Features of uterus and ovaries appear to be normal.
2. Size of follicle appearing on Day 12 with endometrial thickness appears to be fine.
3. Progressive scan on 15th day, 19th day and 20th day states that the dominant follicle is progressing and rupture has taken place on Day 20.
There should not be much problem in conceiving with such type of report.
However, it appears that the rupture of follicle is taking place a little late than normal, which can be corrected by means of taking certain medications.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with the report for proper evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
