Your thyroid hormones are within normal range. Yes Thyroid testing is very important in pregnancy. Thyroid hormone plays a critical role both in the development of a baby’s brain and nervous system, and in maintaining the health of the mother.

Pregnancy related hormones cause increase in thyroid hormone levels in blood. During the first trimester, the fetus depends on the mother’s supply of thyroid hormone, which comes through the placenta. At around 12 weeks, the baby’s thyroid begins to function on its own. So don't worry. Take care!
