Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. What report you have furnished is pertaining to the renal system, which says the following. 1. There is abnormalities observed on the left kidney. 2. There is evidence of a fluid collection in a vacuole in the inner tissue of left kidney. 3. There is a congenital anomaly which could have resulted in gross dilatation of parts of kidney and ureters. 4. There is a calculi present at the junction of kidney and ureter on the left side. This disease process could have been there for quite a long time (chronic). Kindly consult Urologist with the report for proper evaluation and management.
