General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to fibromyoma. The treatment consists in medication or surgery. Medications treat fibroids by blocking the production of estrogen and progesterone, putting you into a temporary menopause-like state. As a result, menstruation stops, fibroids shrink and anemia often improves. If medications are not effective, surgery is recommended. I suggest to consult a gynecologist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
