What Is My Pelvic Scan Result Post Miscarriage Suggestive Of?

Good morning, after a miscarriage, my post evacuation pelvic scan result reads right adnexium measuring 31mm×28mm in its dimensions. It also read right functional adnexia cyst, with a tiny fluid collection in the pouch of Douglas.pls any risk involve.

Hi.

No risk involved, what you underwent could also have caused the POD fluid. The adnexa cyst is nothing to worry about right now, and your doctor may monitor the POD fluid and also rule out a few possible causes, but no risks noted from this pelvic scan.
