What Is My Pelvic Ultrasound Report Suggestive Of?
I am 53 years. Recently I had heavy bleeding periods. My GP requested to do Pelvic Ultrasound. I had a pelvic ultrasound. It shows a intramural fibroid and endometrium thickness of 16 cm. Do I have to remove the fibroid quickly? The thickness of endometrium is a concern?
hi dear, i understand your concern. excess bleeding can be due any intrauterine mass. in your case it is fibroid.
do kindly meet good gynecologist get advice. 99% for you treatment is hysterectomy .IE removal of uterus. i mean as your age is more than 45 years you have not use with uterus.
if fibroid is removed alone you can get fibroid again. please get it done you will be relived. thank you.
