What Is My Pelvic Ultrasound Result Suggestive Of?
my pelvic ultrasound result is the uterus appaers heterogenous, antevertedand non gravid measuring10.24cmx655cm.the endometrium is thickened an heterogenic in texture measuring 1.65cm.internal os is closed. both overies are normal in size an echopattern. no adnexal mass or free fluid is seen my rt overy is 2.35cmx232cmx181cm my lt overy 3.93cmx362cmx225cm , can u please help me to under stand
