What Is My Scan Report Suggestive Of?
Hello doc, I went for a scan ND this is the result. Gravid uterus with viable single foetus with crown rump length of 5mm corresponding to GA 6 weeks + 2 days. Moderate sonolucent fluid around d sac. Liquor volume is adequate. Internal OS is closed. The myometrium texture is normal. There is a cystic mass in the right adnexa with AP diameter of 2.1cm. It has a regular wall and contains clear fluid. The left adnexa is free. Pouch of Douglas is normal. No free pelvic collection sighted. No fibroid.

According to the scan result it would better and safer for you to consult your obstetrician who follows you for the pregnancy to see the result to evaluate you closely and to decide if this mass needs more follow up or not.
