She has an anteverted uterus normal size uterus with regular outline. Uterus measures 8X4cm. No uterine mass. There is endometrial thickening = 13mm thick. Both the ovaries are not visualised. Both the kidneys are normal in sizes and echoes. No bladder mass or calculli. No free fluid. No mass seen.
