What Is My Scan Report Suggestive Of?

Sir, My wife is 27years old. 16 months ago she had a miscarriage due to infection of rubella virus. But now she has 28 week pregnancy. Her L. M. P date 27/3/16.Her anomaly scan report a) chorionict is single b) placenta is fundo_posterior in position. Maturity on grannum s scale is grade 2.no sub chorionic or retro placental haemorrhage seen. c) liquor is normal with average of pocket measuring app. 3.2 c. m d) presentation is cephalic e) cardiac activity 123 beats/min seen in fetus. Active movement also noticed f) Endocervical canal is not dilated When she has 26th weeks suddenly started bleeding then usg report is A) gravid uterus shows single live foetus with cephalic presentation. B) intra uterine foetal movement and foetal cardiac pulsations are seen normal and we ll recorded on m mode C) placenta grade 0 maturity along the fundo posterior right lateral uterine wall. D) internal os close E) amniotic fluid is clear and adequate My doctor suggest A) take bed rest B) susten Sr 200 1tab daily C) pause 500 3tab 2days D)Duvadilan retain 1tab 5 days E) mumfer d3 1tab daily As a result bleeding stop. After 15 days later when we consult with my doctor they advice a) Susten 100 1tab daily B) pause /Duvadilan off C) other medicines continue So my concern is it Suitable for baby health Please give me ur valuable advice. 1. According to the report given by you, your wife is carrying a single healthy live fetus inside her womb.
2. The medicine prescribed by your physician is because your wife has started bleeding and in that case, it becomes necessary to prescribe a drug to stop further mishappening from the blood loss.
3. You need not to worry as they don't have any bad effects on the developing baby at all.
