Total Sperm count 116 millions
Active Sperms 60%
Slowly swim 20%
Dead 20%
It's normal or not

According to your semen analysis report you have Sperm count of 116 million/ml, which is normal. As per motility 60% are active motile, 20% are slow or sluggish motile & Dead or Immobile forms are 20%. All together motility is good.
So all together your semen analysis report is normal & you could have a baby. however many other characteristics of semen analysis such as number of abnormal shape sperms, pus cells, RBCs are not mentioned.
