What Is My Semen Analysis Result Suggestive Of?

Hi madam,I got my seamen analysis test result, could please. Check and let me know its normal or ? Quantity :2.5 ml Appearance: opaque white Liqueficatuon time: 30min Reaction: alkaline Fructose: present Super count:55.0 mil Motility: 71% Grade 1(active motility):60% Grade 2 sluggish motility: 06% Grade 3 non progressive motility:05% Grade 4 immotile:29% Normal forms:65% Abnormal forms:35% Pus cells: 2-3hpf Epithelial cells : absent Rbc s:absent Thanks in advance

Understand your concern
First compare your semen report with normal semen analysis
Ejaculate volume: 2 to 6 mL ____________Normal
Appereance: opaque to transluscent__________normal
Color: greyish to white _______________________normal
Liquification time: with in 20-30 minutes________normal
Ph:7.1-8.0 alkaline_________________________normal
Sperm count:20-300 million/ml________55 million per ml__normal
Active motile sperm : 50% motile at 1 hour after ejaculation__ 71 % normal
at least 50 percent should be mobile and active.
Your normal sperm morphology is higher than 30 % suggest normal sperm morphology.
Epithelial cell: 1-2_______normal.
Pus cell : up to 5 normal________________________normal

Your semen count, morphology and motility are absolutely normal.
If have problem in conceiving then,
Go for sperm culture test to confirm the infection

And USG of scrotum to find out the abnormality in ejaculatory tract/seminal vesicle


Take following advice:
Take fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, diet rich in antioxiant like almond. Taje food rich in zinc: wheat, pumpkin, dry fruits, nuts etc. Multivitamin tablet.Drink plenty of fluids
Do regular exercise like walking and yoga in early morning for 40-60 minutes.
