Hello dear I understand your concern You have high liquefaction time, high pus cell and high RBC in semen. It could b due to infection in reproduction test, prostatitis, defect in accessory sexual gland. I would suggest to consult urologist and undergo semen culture, USG scan pelvis and scrotum, post coital test to confirm cause. Specific treatment depend on cause. Drugs like antibiotic and anti inflammatory drugs will help to treat infection and inflammation. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise.
