Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hi,

Definitely, you need surgical treatment. E.g. core decompression and further if required, hip replacement. Kindly visit an orthopedician as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anusha Molugu, Anesthesiologist
