Hi & Welcome.

The thyroid profile is suggestive of subclinical hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid disease) for which you were prescribed Thyronorm as a treatment.

As per the given body weight and height, your initial dose of Thyronorm should have been between 25 to 75 mcg per day.

To check its efficacy you need to have TSH test done after 6 to 8 weeks
If the TSH level is > 4.12 mIU/L You need to increase the dose of Thyronorm by 12.5 to 25 mcg per day and then repeat TSH test in 6 to 8 weeks.

If the TSH level is 0.45 to 4.12 mIU/L continue current dose and repeat TSH test annually or if you develop symptoms of hypothyroidism.

If TSH is less than 0.45 mIU/L, you need to decrease the dose of Thyronorm by 12.5 to 25 mcg per day increments and then repeat TSH test in 6 to 8 weeks..

Hope these answer your query.
Best regards.
