I am 30 weeks pregnant.. this is my 2nd pregnancy.. my first baby has died due to liver failure .. he was had CMV infection.. For this pregnancy.. in my torch test report CMV,rubella and toxoplasma ..igg is positive respectively.my doc didn t prescribed me any medication for infections...is that ok?
