Hi, Bulky uterus can be a normal variant but can be a sign of fibroids however if myometrium is normal, and endometrium is enlarged, any local inflammation needs to be ruled out. Uterine position is always varied in individuals and may vary with body positions too. Clinical correlation is very important that why was this ultrasound order in the first place. If with pelvic pain or heavy bleeding etc the findings can be significant however if asymptomatic then there is nothing much to be worried about.
