Hello dear I understand your concern Your USG report suggestive of fibroid/adenomyosis. It is benign smooth muscle tumor of the uterus. I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and proper treatment Treatment will depend on the size and severity of the symptoms. Following drugs will help to resolves the fibroid: Progesterone pill to reduce the bleeding GNRH analogue Ibuprofen for the pain If drugs will not responds then surgery like myomectomy, uterine artery emobilization, hysterectomy and endometrial ablation. Hope this may help you
Contact further if follow up needed Best regards Dr. Sagar
