General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* The ultrasound report is indicative of minor pelvic inflammatory condition as there is free fluid impression in the cul-de-sac region.

* Usual instances show up as bacterial infection of some sort for the responsible agent via urinary infection or pelvic inflammation.

However, a detailed history, physical examination, lab data of blood, vaginal swab and others would help great way.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
