What Is My Ultrasound Test Report Suggestive Of?
im a 38 yr old male and at my age i dont impregnated any women. so i decided to have an ultrasound. the ultrasound results says that i have a anechoic cystic structure, epididymal head cys versus spermatocele, left of my testicle. is this the reason of infertility or i can make my gf pregnant? hope you answer my question. thanks

I really appreciate your concern, I would advise to get done the semen analysis instead of ultrasonography test because sperm is the thing needs for conception hope this information helps.
