Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Ultrasound examination of the pelvis was performed using transvaginal technique. The uterus is anteverted, within normal size measuring 5.45 x 5.32 x 4.62 cm (L x W x AP). A fairly defined hypoechoic solid mass is seen in the anterior myometrium. The endometrial thickness measures 1.10 cm (LMP:10/11/2016). hi am i in danger with this result ??
Hello dear I understand your concern I have undergone through your USG scan report. Uterus size is completely normal But endometrium thickness is high if you are post menopausal women. Solid mass in anterior myometrium could be due to fibroid. I request you to upload the age and symptoms/complain for the better management. Fibroid can be resolved by drugs like GNRH agonist, birth control pill or progesterone pill for excessive bleeding. Ibuprofen for the pain Maintain proper pelvic hygiene So consult your gynecologist and take proper treatment. Hope this may help you
