Hello dear
Understand your concern
Compare your urine report with normal urine analysis.
RBCs - ≤2 RBCs/hpf_____________abnormal
WBCs - ≤2-5 WBCs/hpf
It is not clear from your question. Less than 10 times means normal. But 10/hpf is abnormal.
epithelial cells - ≤15-20 cells/hpf_______normal.
Presence of RBC suggests haematuria.
Following are the causes:
Urinary tract infection (cystitis,
kidney infection) or rarely cancerous condition,
severe dehydration,
Vaginal infection cause bleeding that can be contaminate the urine result in RBC in urine, so exclude this artifact.
I advice you to go for urine culture foe final confirmation of infection.
Also do USG scan to exclude other pathology related to kidney and pregnancy.
Drink plenty of waters, take juice of cranberry juice, syrup cidal, maintain pelvic hygiene and antibiotic after confirmation of infection in the culture report
Further management depend on the test result.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
