Hello dear user!
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns!
Thank you for sharing them on healthcaremagic.
Those seems to be
sciatica symptoms. Basing on the symptoms you are describing above it's the most probable cause.
Sciatic nerve may be affected by both muscular, and bone issues of the
vertebral column. If it is just a muscular problem it usually goes away after some weeks of treatment with painkillers and muscular relaxants.
If it is caused by a vertebral problem (most common,
spinal disc herniation) it must be seen by a specialist for a better evaluation and further treatment. Generally medical solution is given in this case, and surgery is used only in severe cases and in medical therapy failure.
So I would recommend you to consult a specialist (
neurologist) to have a complete examination (probably including a MRI).
Meanwhile you must be careful of movements which cause you pain, and lifting weights. You can take antiinflammatory drugs to kill the pain and symptoms relief.
I hope this answer was helpful to you!
