What Is Pain In Spine On Movement Post Injury Suggestive Of?

I fainted about two months ago. I hit my head and lost consciences for a few seconds. However, my tail bone took the brunt of the impact and was visibly bruised for approx. a month. An x-ray revealed it was not broken. I expected to start healing but the exact opposite is happening. It hurts while sitting and very much so when I lay on my bed. Mind you, I have a super soft bed. Could my coccyx be fractured even though original x-ray suggested it was not? I im 45 with a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis. fibroma;gia and possible lupus and ankylosing spondylitis.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the x- ray is normal and no symptoms are there accept the pain then it is nothing to worry, soft tissue injury may take little more time for healing no need to go for any x-ray again hope this information helps.
