Hi the other day I had a small pimple like bump in left labia majora right towards the very back. I had pinched and now it got bigger its a little painful, its swollen and red from what I can see which only the top. It doesnt seem really hard. I dont know what it is when I was little I had a cyst but that was inside and I know the pain of that one. This one just feels weird like a little balloon but with pain its soft and a little hard it is painful to the touch. I don't know if I can put anything on it so the swelling can go down.
