What Is Positive Result In Pregnancy Test Post Surgical Abortion Suggestive Of?
I had a medical abortion on the 12 of may because i was one month pregnant. The medical abortion did not work, so i did a surgical abortion on the 18th of may. Last week i took a pregnancy test and it showed positive. Today is the 18th of june and i am experiencing itching around the vaginal opening and period has not come. What could be the problem?

I really appreciate your concern, if you did the home based pregnancy test then it may not be reliable particularly when it was abortion done, and the only option is to get done the ultrasonography it will even show the residual part of fetus if ever left there, for the vaginal itching it may be nonspecific, hope this information helps.
