What Is Right Side Facial Pain Post An Injury Suggestive Of?
I woke up yesterday and thought that my husband may have elbowed me in the face. the right side of my nose into my cheek was very tender and sore, but as the night went on i started to develop pain in my top right molars. i woke up this morning without any relief and thought it might be a pimple but it just gets worse as the day goes on and now everything on the right side of my face hurts. could this be a simple sinus infection that i need to ride out or should i see a doctor?

Actually, some dental and sinus infections can become fatal. It takes days and there is obvious swelling and probably also warmth, fever, chills, some deformity, etc. If fairly early a week of simple cheap antibiotics works. Cannot say in your particular case, and without an exam, I can only give general information.
