Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. What semen like discharge you are getting after urination could be due to passage of prostatic fluid. This happens when the prostate gland is enlarged and there is pressure over it from urinary bladder or rectum. Hence, small amount of prostatic fluid is passed out post urination. Kindly get an ultrasound scan done to check for the status of the prostate. Also consult Surgeon and get yourself clinically examined for the size of the prostate.
