What Is Shooting Pain In Leg Radiating To Foot And Around Testicles Suggestive Of?

hi im a 28 year old male, dealing with some i believe serious issues. in correlation to the production of my testosterone, this i noticed at age 18 after aggressive sexual intercourse. ever since, ive had shooting pains throughout my leg down to my foot, an around my testicles i honestly dont know what where or how to deal with this.
