Hello, Welcome to Ask a doctor services. I have read your query.
Your symptoms are indicative of infection in the eyes, it looks like stye. Do not touch your eyes with unclean hands, do not scratch or pop. Avoid eye make up for a couple of days.
You can clean the eyes with a dampen washcloth, place the washcloth over your closed eye & be gentle while you clean it.
You can apply Genticyn eye drops, 2-3 drops twice daily. It should reduce.
For faster relieve you can take a course of antibiotics(Doxycycline). However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by an Eye Specialist before you take medicines.
Hope I have answered your question. Take care. Regards, Dr Nupur K
