What Is The Colimex Dosage For Stomach Ache In A Baby?
Hello Doctor, My baby girl is now 1 year and 8 months old.Her doctor has prescribed Colimex drops for stomach and abdominal pain happens mostly in night on SOS basis several months ago.I m unsure of the current dose to be given to her,please advice me the appropriate doses schedule.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Colimex can be given 8 drops SOS considering the age of your child. But regular use is recommended, instead give a lot of water and fluids to your child and add mashed fruits, resins, vegetables to diet which will prevent constipation. If pain does not subside kindly see your GP.
